Public health is the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting health through the organized efforts and informed choices of society, organizations, public and private, communities and individuals. It is concerned with health risks based on population health analysis.
The teaching programs include general educations, basic medical sciences and multi-dimensional public health knowledge. We offer courses of three professional developments for students, that include:
- biostatistics and epidemiology
- environmental health and industrial hygiene
- health administration and medical management
The teaching programs prepare the student to be part of an inter-disciplinary team for conducting public health and medical related research.
